1. Service Provisions

• Free On-Site Inspection: Our free on-site inspection takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the size and condition of your chimney/furnace. A detailed report will be provided by our technician before leaving.
• Chimney & Furnace Cleaning: Our certified technicians will perform cleaning in accordance with NFPA standards, removing creosote, soot, and blockages to reduce fire risk.
• Emergency Services: We offer 24/7 emergency chimney cleaning and repair for urgent issues (e.g., creosote buildup, blockages causing smoke backup). Call us at: +44 7830 475149
• Chimney Parts: All parts (flue liners, chimney caps, stove pipes, fire bricks, dampers, replacement doors) are sourced from trusted manufacturers and are suitable for traditional and modern wood-burning stoves, multi-fuel burners, and open fires. Availability is subject to stock.

2. Payments

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. You can pay online after booking, or our technician can process payment on-site via a secure Stripe terminal.
• Payment Timing: Payment for services is due upon completion; payment for parts is due at the time of order.
• Late Payments: A late fee of 10% may be applied to unpaid balances after 7 days.
