1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • All accessories and original components must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if replacement is not available

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

⚠️ Please do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact us for assistance

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

For all other cases, please request a return and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time

  • This delay is outside our control
