Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and are suitable for both traditional and modern wood-burning stoves, multi-fuel burners, and open fires. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, timelines, and procedures for all chimney parts orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We offer delivery services for all our chimney parts across the United Kingdom, with a focus on local delivery to Christchurch, England, and surrounding areas (including BH23 postcode and nearby regions).
  • For orders outside our local service area, standard delivery rates apply (details below), and delivery timelines may be extended based on your location.
  • All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners to ensure your chimney parts arrive safely and in good condition.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Local Delivery (Christchurch & BH23 Area): Most in-stock chimney parts are delivered within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • UK Wide Delivery: In-stock items typically ship within 48-72 hours, with delivery taking 2-5 business days depending on your location (e.g., Scotland, Northern Ireland may take 3-5 business days).
  • Backorder Items: If a requested part is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order, providing an estimated restock and delivery date. Backordered items are shipped immediately upon restocking.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Local Delivery (Christchurch, BH23 & Surrounding Areas): Free delivery on all chimney parts orders (no minimum purchase required).
  • UK Wide Delivery: Standard delivery fee of £3.6 (varies by location and order weight). For bulk orders (e.g., multiple flue liners, stove pipes), contact us for discounted delivery rates.
  • Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer express delivery at an additional cost of £2, with delivery within 24 hours (available for in-stock items only).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (provided by our courier partner). You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status, including estimated delivery time and location updates.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation (for in-stock items), please contact us for assistance.

5. Delivery Requirements

  • A responsible adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as some chimney parts (e.g., stove pipes, flue liners) may be heavy or require careful handling.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot (terms vary by courier).
  • We recommend providing a contact phone number during checkout to allow the courier to contact you if there are any delivery issues (e.g., access to your property).

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your chimney parts upon delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable) and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
To assist with your claim, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and items, along with your order number and delivery tracking information.

7. Cancellations & Delivery Changes

If you need to cancel your order or change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible:
  • Orders not yet shipped: Cancellations are free of charge, and a full refund will be processed via Stripe (3-5 business days to appear in your account).
  • Orders already shipped: Cancellation is not possible, but you may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days (see our Refund Policy for details).
  • Delivery address changes: We can update your delivery address if contacted before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are subject to courier approval.
